We are proud to share the first Art Scholarship result of the year: Emilia has been awarded an Art Scholarship to Brighton College!
Emilia’s creative journey began in Year 5, and through hard work and dedication, she has developed a broad range of skills, including drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, Design and Technology, and photography. Her talent has already earned national recognition, with one of her photographs winning the Poultry Club of Great Britain National Championships Competition.
Brighton College’s Head of Art praised Emilia’s portfolio, particularly her strength in observational drawing and her advanced use of tonal values in still-life studies.
Mr Holden, Head of Art at Brambletye, said: “Emilia has led by example with her outstanding attitude and has embraced the confidence to make mistakes — a key part of her journey to scholarship success.”
Congratulations, Emilia! We are so proud of your achievement.
