We are delighted to announce that Brambletye has been recognised in The Week Magazine’s Independent Schools Guide: Best of the Best Preps 2025 — an annual feature highlighting excellence across the independent prep school sector.

Brambletye has been awarded Best Prep School for Sport, in recognition of our strong sporting ethos, high-quality coaching for all abilities, and outstanding results across a wide range of disciplines. As The Week notes, “Sport is at the heart of a Brambletye education” — and recent achievements reflect that spirit. Last year, 11 teams across football, rugby and hockey enjoyed unbeaten seasons, with several reaching IAPS national tournaments. There were also record-breaking performances in athletics, a third-place national finish in swimming, and an increasing number of pupils gaining county selections and sports scholarships. Our Friday night hockey league, with over 70 pupils participating each week, captures the inclusive and energetic approach to sport that Brambletye is proud to offer.

We are also extremely proud to be named Finalist for Best Prep School for Kindness. Kindness sits at the heart of life at Brambletye and this recognition reflects the care, respect and empathy shown across our school community. It is a testament to the efforts of staff and pupils alike in fostering a warm, supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
